We recently contracted to purchase a 21,000 sq ft lot in the Crestwood subdivision (near Memorial Park). This lot has a small ravine in the rear and in located in the 300 block of Terrace, the most prestigious street in Crestwood. This will be the 7th home I’ve built on Terrace Street.
